How to write an Opinion Essay

The opinion essay is such a type of the essay, which allows you to express your point of view about some idea, or some event, or some object, or the like. Writing the opinion essay allows the student to share his or her opinion with his or her mates, to be heard and understood by the audience. It is a great opportunity for a student to express his or her thoughts and to try to prove them to be correct.

We aim to teach you to write an opinion essay. In order to prepare a good opinion essay, you should observe the following stages:

• You have to choose a topic of your future essay. You had better chosen something which touches your interest.
• You should collect some material allowing you to gain more knowledge about the topic of your essay.
• You should formulate your opinion relatively to the essay topic.
• You have to find the arguments to prove your point of view.
• You should jot down the outline of your opinion essay. The outline has to have the following structure:
• An introduction to introduce the topic of the essay, and to tell about the issue of the essay.
• A body to present your point of view and to prove it to be correct.
• A conclusion to total up your ideas.
• You have to write your opinion essay so that it followed the outline.
• Your last task is to do an opinion essay revision and to edit it if necessary.
